Refund policy

Chaos & Love doesn't exchange items or refund for incorrect choice or change of mind. Any item listed comes with photos, descriptions and measurements to help you to make an informed decision about your purchases.

There are strictly no returns on sale items.

Should your online order arrived damaged or be defective, Chaos & Love must be notified via email within 24 hours of taking delivery of the order. Email a full description with photos to chaosandlovehd@gmail.com.

If goods are returned damaged or faulty due to manufacturers defects, Chaos & Love wherever possible will endeavor to repair or replace the goods to the customers satisfaction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
